Our Triple Treatment is the most popular treatment. This treatment is conducted in 3 x 20-25 minute sessions in one sitting and is tailored to have your teeth 5 to 14 shades lighter.

Q. Shouldn’t this treatment only be done by a dentist?

A. Teeth whitening is a cosmetic procedure which is non-medical. Most dentists don’t actually perform the whitening treatments themselves; very often it’s an assistant. At no time does a technician touch the client’s mouth or perform any dental procedure or diagnosis.

Q. How safe is it?

A. We offer the latest whitening gel approved for use in Australia. We have a hygienic non-touch procedure. At NO time does a technician touch a client’s mouth. Our gel is safe and gentle for teeth and gums; problems are extremely rare.

Q. Is Teeth Whitening for every one?

A. Most people can have teeth whitening treatments except for pregnant/lactating women or if you’re under the age of 16 years.

Q: How white will my teeth go?

A. This depends on each individual and the extent of discolouration, on average 5-14 shades lighter can generally be expected. The more stained the client’s teeth the more dramatic the result. How regularly the client has a teeth whitening procedure will effect the result.

Q. How do I know if I can or can’t have teeth whitening?

A. Pregnant or lactating women are advised to avoid teeth whitening. The potential impact of swallowed bleach on the foetus or baby is not yet known. Individuals with highly sensitive teeth, or those who are in need of dental work should consult their dentist before having a whitening procedure.

Q. Why is peroxide whitening treatment done in 2-3 x 20 minute sessions instead of all at once?

A. After about 20 minutes the peroxide gel ‘peaks’. This means it has completed the reaction for that application and very little stain breakdown will occur from this point.

Q. What can I drink / eat after the teeth whitening treatment?

We recommend that you do NOT consume tea, coffee, red wine, curry or anything that would stain a white shirt for 12 hours if possible, as your teeth are more susceptible to re-staining during this period. If you must consume dark liquids do so through a straw.

Q. I want paper white teeth is it possible to achieve with teeth whitening?

A. Teeth whitening is a cosmetic procedure which will remove stains from teeth and return them to the original colour from when they were first grown. Paper white teeth, unless this was your original colour can only be achieved with expensive veneers and no whitening treatment no matter who performs it can achieve this.

Q. What if I have bad tar and nicotine stains on my teeth

A. As this is a physical substance on the surface of the teeth not a stain, it should be removed by a dentist prior to a whitening treatment. If you do not want to do this you can still have a treatment and your teeth will be improved however it is important you understand tar will remain. The tar may even whiten; however, as it is highly porous it will only take a short time for the build up to appear again.

Q. How long after having my braces off can I get teeth whitening treatment?

A. The cement residue form the braces can last for 3-6 months. It is best to allow at least this time to ensure the teeth whitening treatment has a clean tooth surface to work on. If there is still cement on the teeth no whitening will occur where the cement residue is resulting in a patchy unsightly result.

Q. Are there any risks with Teeth whitening treatments?

A. Teeth whitening treatments are considered to be safe when procedures are followed as directed. However, there are certain risks associated with whitening that you should be aware of: sensitivity and gum irritation. If you require any dental work or have any cavities it is highly recommended you see your dentist prior to your teeth whitening appointment.
